Returns and Shipments



Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).

Orders may not ship within 5 days due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.



Standard International Tracked Shipping: 10-20 Working Days 

International Express Shipping: 4-7 Working Days

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

- High season 

- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- A product is currently out of stock.

- An order which requires customization.

- An order is shipped to remote country.

- Order security verification 



In the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from receipt. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.


- For your convenience, we may choose to offer you a refund of 30% of the product value in exchange for the product to stay with you. This way, you avoid possible shipping costs and also save valuable time.

- Delivery fees such as DHL Express fees are not eligible for refunds.

- Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.

Remember, returned items for warranty must be pre-paid and insured. COD will be refused and fees incurred by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided. Bubus cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Law requires that products accepted for repair must be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

Our goal at Bubus will continue to be producing the best wearable technology while offering unmatched customer service. Please remember, Bubus reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.


When you purchase a Bubus jacket, the heating elements are warrantied by default for 90-days from date of receipt. Electrical plugs, Connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a 90-day warranty from date of receipt also. Batteries and Chargers have a 90-day warranty from date of receipt. Normal wear and tear, and or customer negligence is not covered under the Ravean warranty. In order to avoid negligence, we encourage customers to review the manual and instructions for their Bubus jacket. All warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided if any warranty claim is to be honored. Shipping costs for all warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. If/when the warranty claim is accepted by BUBUS, we will refund your return shipping costs. Using other manufacturers’ batteries, accessories, controllers and any other components with your Bubus jacket product will immediately void the warranty. Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation. Please remember, Bubus reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function.
